The principal mission of the Municipality of Pangantucan is to promote the well-being of the people through attainment of the major sectoral goal or thrust, which include:

• Increase profitable economic and productive agricultural activities;
• Foresting social justice, good health, peace and quality;
• Regeneration of natural resources and effective delivery of basic services
• Attainment of local economy, and
• Organized and proper distribution of lands for different land uses.
