Achieved the highest degree of Civil Registration for the constituents of Pangantucan, Bukidnon.

To register timely and accurately all vital events (Birth, Marriage and Death)  in the life of the people of  this municipality.

The office of the Municipal Civil Registrar is in charge of the registration of the events that happen in man's life while in existence in this world which are his birth, marriage, and death, and submits to the Office of the Civil Registrar General copies of registered documents to be incorporated in the National Archives. It implements laws related to the Civil registration. It also coordinates Census activities with the Philippines Statistics Authority. Finally, it performs all other functions directed by the Local Chief Executive.
