Our vision is to make the Budget tool for development, where  limited resources is property allocated to most urgent and pressing needs of the people of Pangantucan

Our mission is  to make every peso of the LGU counts; providing balance budget for the basic services, with special emphasis for the alleviationof living condition of the marginalized sector of the society.

1. To provide technical staff services to the mayor  and other Local Government  officials on budget and appropriation matters.

2. To assist the mayor in the preparation of the executive and special Budget of the LGU.

3. To coordinate with the treasurer, accountant and development coordinator for the purpose of budgeting.
