“The Office of the General Services as the asset registry of the agency is committed to procure, maintain and secure all assets of the Local Government Unit of Pangantucan, Bukidnon systemically managed, transparent and accountability instilled amongst its workers”.

Over-all Function and duties/services:

1. Supervise and coordinate administrative functions, personnel and general services of the office of LGU General Services Officer;
2. Perform work involving the determination of fiscal requirement of supplies and materials needed by the Local Government.
3. Conduct inspection of all supplies and materials delivered and record the same.
4. Assist in providing technical assistance and support.
5. Register all vehicles of this LGU at the LTO and insure the same at the GSIS.
6. Establish a proper identification and classification of unserviceable properties in accordance with existing commission on audit regulations and disposal thereof.
7. Supervise maintenance and janitorial works.
8. Maintained the vehicle condition.
9. Report for any properties to be repaired and need to be cleaned immediately.
