AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HON. MIGUEL A. SILVA,

JR., TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN

THIS LGU AND MR. GARY VIRTUDEZ, RELEVANT TO THE HIRING OF THE

LATTER AS MAKE-UP ARTIST/MENTOR TO COACH AND TRAIN THE

PARTICIPATING CANDIDATE OF THIS MUNICIPALITY IN THE SEARCH

FOR LAGA TA BUKIDNON 2018.

WHEREAS, thru a letter dated December 18, 2017, the

Mayor forwarded to this Office a Memorandum of Agreement

between this LGU and Mr. Gary Virtudez for perusal and apt

action of the Council;
