AUTHORIZING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVE, HON. MIGUEL A. SILVA, JR.,

TO ENTER INTO AND SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THIS

LGU AND MR. AGUSTIN F. DELFIN, RELEVANT TO THE HIRING OF THE

LATTER AS DANCE INSTRUCTOR/TRAINER/CHOREOGRAPHER/FLOAT

DESIGNER TO THE FLOAT COMPETITION/EXHIBITION IN THE UPCOMING

KAAMULAN CELEBRATION 2018.

WHEREAS, thru a letter dated December 18, 2017, the

Mayor forwarded to this Office a Memorandum of Agreement

between this LGU and Mr. Agustin Delfin for perusal and apt

action of the Council;
